With the generic app, your business appears alongside others in the app2table app. Customers find you on the map and tap your business to begin the ordering process. Our white-label solution gives you your own, exclusive app in the app store with your own name and branding on it. Only your business is visible in your white-label app - customers don't have the ability to order from anyone else. The ordering and payment process is the same in both versions of the app.
Contact us and we'll send you over a registration form. Once that's been processed, and your payment received, we give you a login username and password for the eateries section of the app. From here you can create your profile and setup your menu. Go live as soon as you're ready!
Absolutely! When setting up your profile, you select which services you offer; table ordering, click & collect and/or delivery. Any combination of these is fine, and you can change them at any time.
Simply set your delivery radius, delivery charge and minimum order value in your profile settings. The app won't allow customers outside of your service area to order.
Along with editing your profile and handling orders, this is all done through the eateries section of the app. Simply login with the username and password we give you and make any changes from there. It's extremely easy!
Any number of staff members can login to the eatery section of the app at one time. They can all see orders and alter their progress - this includes management, waiting staff, kitchen staff, delivery drivers and runners, etc.
You'll get a push notification sent to your device (phone or tablet). Simply log in to the eateries section of the app to view the order details. You'll get an email too. If you want an automatic printout of the order then contact us to discuss options.
Absolutely! Send us a picture of your menu and we'll set it up for you to get you started (a nominal charge may apply for this service).
Payment is all handled through the app, including fraud scoring. Registration for accepting payments is quick and easy, with a short online form that asks some basic questions about your business. There's no lengthy approval process, so you can be up and running in no time.

We don't charge an ongoing monthly fee.
Packages are negotiated on an individual basis, and we offer a mixture of commercial models, but typically, a white-labelled app for a small eatery would start at only £495+VAT.
The current rate offered by our card partners (at time of publishing this FAQ) is 1.4% + 20p per transaction.
We make a nominal handling fee of 1% per order to cover our costs. This can be tailored for white-label users. Please ask for a tailored quote.
